Add the yeast+milk mixture and combine till the dough just come together.
after mixing wrap it with plastic wrap and freeze it for 30 minutes. (make a square form n freeze it).
Take out after 30 minutes.
Dust flour on the surface where you will be rolling the dough.
Start rolling the dough into a rectangular form two-three times. Keep folding and rolling the dough 2-3 times. Fold the ends inside and again roll it in a rectangular form.
Wrap the dough again in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Now on a floured surface roll the dough into a big rectangle.
Cut the dough into triangles with a knife or a cutter.
Score a small slit at the base of each triangle. Start rolling the croissant starting from the wide up to the top giving them the croissant shape.
Place the croissant on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let the croissant rise for 1-2 hours.
Brush the croissant with egg wash. Bake the croissant in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes till it becomes golden brown.
Cool and Enjoy the fresh Croissant.
